Vinification: Selection of harvested grapes with manual sorting and drying in boxes. Loading of whole bunches not de-stemmed into the press, soft pressing in total absence of oxygen. Subsequent fermentation at low temperature before the evolution in wood.
Aging: 2 years in French oak barriques and at least 6 months in the bottle before being put on the market.
Color: Golden yellow with marked amber reflections.
Bouquet: Fine and elegant with clear hints of honey, apricot, pineapple and spices.
Taste: Extremely pleasant and harmonious, the marked acidity blends well with the richness of the fruit and always invites to a new sip.
Total acidity: 5.4 gr./l.
Dry extract: 32.5 gr./I.
Residual sugars: 73 gr./l.
Alcohol: about 15%.
