Vinification:
Cooling of harvested grapes using cold storage. Sorting of clusters, gentle destemming, sorting of berries. Fermentation and maceration in stainless steel for about 15 days at 24°C.

Aging:
12 months in stainless steel with frequent batonnage and at least 6 months in bottle before release.

Color:
Intense ruby red with purple reflections.

Aroma:
Fine and intense, with prominent red fruit notes, particularly blackberry, plum, raspberry, currant.

Taste:
A notable acidity supports the high alcohol content. Soft and fruity drinkability recalling the same notes perceived on the nose. Satisfying and persistent finish.

4.9 g/l.
