Vinification: Cooling of the harvested grapes through the use of cold rooms. Selection of the bunches, soft destemming, selection of the grapes. Fermentation and maceration in steel for about 15 days at a temperature of 24 ° C.
Aging: In steel for 12 months with frequent batonnage and at least 6 months in the bottle before being put on the market.
Color: Intense ruby red with purple reflections.
Bouquet: Fine and intense, with red fruit in evidence, in particular blackberry, plum, raspberry, currant.
Taste: The notable acid shoulder supports the high alcohol content. Soft and fruity drink that recalls the same notes perceived on the nose. Satisfying and persistent finish.
