Vinification:

Aging:
5 months in stainless steel on fine lees at controlled temperature and one month bottle aging.
Color:
Straw yellow with greenish reflections.
Aroma:
Fine and persistent, with notes of white flowers evolving into ripe white-fleshed fruit and iodine.
Taste:
Savory, engaging, excellent balance of minerality and freshness for a smooth and satisfying drinkability. It best expresses the territory of the Gulf of Asinara.
