Vinification: Selection of the bunches, soft de-stemming. Fermentation on the skins 20 days in steel at a temperature of 24 ° C. Aging: In second passage French oak barriques for at least 24 months and then in the bottle for over a year before being put on the market.

Color: Garnet, limpid, with a tending edge. with orange.

Bouquet: Wine with a complex olfactory impact, ethereal with notes of plum, cherry, fruit in alcohol and spices. Taste: Enveloping, warm entrance, with immediately evident notes of sweet fruit. The important alcoholic base is tamed by the right acidity that gives freshness and pleasantness to drink. Very long finish that leaves the palate pleasantly satisfied.
