Vinification: Cooling of the harvested grapes through the use of a cold room. Manual sorting of the bunches, soft destemming, manual sorting of the grapes. Cold pre-fermentative maceration and on the skins for about 30 days in steel at a temperature of 26 ° C.
Aging: In steel for 12 months, in new French oak barrigues for 24 months and at least 12 months in the bottle before being put on the market.
Color: Intense ruby red, impenetrable, with purple hints.
Bouquet: Particularly engaging and rich: notes of tobacco, licorice, chocolate and leather alternate with spices and Mediterranean scrub.
Taste: Elegant, savory, vibrant entrance. Vigorous tannins, but at the same time fine and velvety, support a wine of great persistence in which we find the same aromatic components perceived on the nose. Definitely satisfying finish.
