INDOLENTE GIN

Production: Indolente Gin was born with juniper berries illustrations present in the Roman villa of Santa Filica, to the mosaic of Bacchus in the territory of Tenuta Asinara using only wine alcohol as a base. The latter was selected as it allows for a more silky and complex taste. In addition to juniper to give additional notes to the flavor and aroma we have added the following botanicals: eucrysus, rosemary, mint, thyme, sage, coriander, coffee, elderflower, angelica, bergamot and orange sweet.

Color: Brilliant crystalline.

Aroma: Fine, fragrant with juniper perfectly flavored with other botanicals.

Sapore: Soft, velvety, harmonious with notes of pleasant freshness and sweetness given by the wine alcohol.

Alcool: 41% circa.
Temperatura di servizio: Room temperature served, mixed or ” On the Rock ”.
